The house is located in Pecorini mare, a few meters from the sea!.
Description
The house has 3 rooms + 2 bathrooms, on two different elevations..
The ground floor has 1 double bedroom + 1 bathroom fully furnished (shower, wc, bidet...) and an internal cooking area + onother cooking area in the external terrace.
At the upper floor there is 1 double room + 1 room with 2 separated beds, 1 bathroom fully furnished ( shower, wc, bidet..)
As a whole the house cna host 5+1 people.

The terrace faces the quiet sea of Pecorini, just a few meters far!
